First estate auction in Hong Kong

 Second-hand items are sold for auction at the Kwung Tong warehouse. The warehouse had been specifically furnished as an auction house. This included a viewing area, a cashier's office, and a rostrum for the auctioneer. Items were mostly from the estate of a wealthy family in Kowloon. The items include fine furniture from France, Italy, and China.
